Middle Caicos, also known as Grand Caicos, is an island in the Turks and Caicos archipelago in the Caribbean Sea. It is the largest island in the Turks and Caicos Islands and is located between the islands of North Caicos and East Caicos. Middle Caicos does not have any cities, as it is a relatively undeveloped and sparsely populated island. The main settlement on the island is Conch Bar Village, which is situated near the middle of the island. Conch Bar Village is a small community with a handful of houses, a school, and a church. Most of Middle Caicos is covered by rugged terrain, wetlands, and protected areas, making it a popular destination for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.
