Bearskin Lake is a small First Nations community located in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. It is part of the Treaty 9 territory and is situated on the shores of Bearskin Lake, a small body of water within the greater Bearskin Lake area. The community is mainly inhabited by members of the Bearskin Lake First Nation, a band government of the Oji-Cree Nation. Bearskin Lake is considered a remote community with limited access to the outside world, primarily reachable by air or winter road.
